Community Safety

SRO Housing Corporation is a leader in the enhancement of neighborhood safety. Our eleven Security Guards, all of whom have current California Guard Cards, provide 24-hour a day / 7 day a week security throughout our properties, the parks and on the surrounding streets. Lighting and video surveillance in our buildings and parks enhances the level of on-site security. Security Guards wear identifying uniforms, carry 2-way radios and flashlights, and patrol on foot and bicycle. Training includes self-defense, CPR, First Aid, universal precautions, verbal intervention strategies, referral protocols and more.
