Employment: Executive Assistant to the CEO
SRO Housing Corporation’s Executive Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Management Team.
The Executive Assistant maintains confidentiality; provides high-level administrative support conducting community research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives, orders and inventories office supplies; acts a liaison with building management, organizes special events, makes travel arrangements, etc.
Applicable college degree along with 3-5 years administrative experience; Strong inter-personal skills; Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Teamwork skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Professional verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency, Valid CA State Driver’s License.
$45,000 - $50,000 plus benefits
