Andres Manriquez

Andres joined the SRO Housing Corporation as of April of 2009. He brings over 23 years of property management experience in the affordable housing field. He has managed large diversified affordable housing portfolios such as public housing, tax credit housing, senior housing, project based section 8 assistance, land use restricted sites among other low income housing programs. Andres started his career in the property management field by being a site manager. He has worked for-profit and non-profit sectors as well as for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and a Southern California housing authority. Prior to joining SRO Housing Corporation, he was the Assistant Director of Operations for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, Housing Management Division. Andres was responsible for all housing owned by the authority which comprised of over 10,000 units. Andres also held the position of Director of Property Management and Occupancy for G&K Management in Culver City, CA. with over 145 properties in California and Colorado. His responsibilities at SRO Housing are to oversee the daily operations and management of the Property Management Division ensuring that all properties are fiscally sound and managed effectively and efficiently.
