Angelus Inn, 518 S. San Julian St., opened in 1989 and contains 31 units, 29 of which have subsidized rents. The site offers an alcohol and drug free environment to recovering substance abusers. (213) 229-9662.

Brownstone, 425 E. 5th St., opened in 2003 and contains 48 efficiency units for individuals with special needs. All rental units receive a rental subsidy. (213) 229-2805.

Carlton Hotel, 534 S. Wall St., opened in 1992 and contains 45 units. All rental units have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9694.

Courtland Hotel, 520 S. Wall St., opened in 1995 and contains 97 units; 4 of which are for special needs individuals and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9697.

Ellis Hotel, 802 E. 6th St., opened in 1989 and contains 56 units. All of the rental units are for at-risk elderly. 14 of these units are for those with specialized needs and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9665.

Eugene, 560 S. Stanford Ave., opened in 2002 and contains 44 efficiency units. Each unit has a bathroom and kitchenette. All rental units have subsidized rents and are for individuals with special needs. (213) 229-2845.

Florence Hotel, 310 E. 5th St., opened in 1986 and was SRO's first project with 61 units. Of these, 55 are for individuals with special needs and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9659.

Harold Hotel, 323 E. 5th St., opened in 1987 and contains 58 units, 43 of which are for individuals with special needs and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9660.

Haskell Hotel, 528 S. Wall St., opened in 1992 and contains 38 units, all of which have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9690.

La Jolla Hotel, 721 E. 6th St., opened in 1993 and contains 51 units; 33 of which are for special needs individuals and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9674.

Leo Hotel, 531 S. San Julian St., opened in 1988 and contains 38 units. 33 are for individuals with special needs and have subsidized rents. This is a drug and alcohol free community for recovering substance abusers. (213) 229-9663.

Leonide Hotel, 512-516 S. Main St., opened in 1992 and contains 66 units. All rental units have subsidized rents. (213) 633-5470.

New Terminal, 901-911 E. 7th St., opened in 2005 and contains 40 efficiency units and 4 street-level commercial spaces. All of the rental units have subsidized rents. (213) 229-2855.

Palmer House, 538 S. Wall St., opened in 1998 and contains 67 permanent housing units. All rental units have subsidized rents. (213) 633-4873.

Prentice Hotel, 1014 E. 7th St., opened in 1992 and contains 46 units. All rental units have subsidized rents. (213) 633-5456.

Regal Hotel, 815 E. 6th St., opened in 1992 and contains 69 units, 20 of which are for individuals with special needs and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9689.

Rivers, 1242 E. 7th St., opened in 2003. The building contains 76 efficiency units. 35 units receive rental subsidies for a special needs population and 25 units receive rental subsidies. The first floor contains 10 artist live/work spaces at affordable rents. (213) 229-2850.

Southern, 412 E. 5th St., opened in 2001 and contains 55 units. All units have a private bath and subsidized rents. Residents are veterans who have agreed to live in a sober living environment. (213) 620-7149.

Ward Hotel, 512 S. Wall St., opened in 1992 and contains 72 units. Of these, 16 units are for individuals with special needs and have subsidized rents. (213) 229-9644.

The Yankee, 501 E. 7th St., opened in 2005 and contains 80 efficiency units: 22 are market-rate rent, 56 are subsidized and 2 are manager units. The building has subterranean parking. Phone: TBD.
