Angelus Inn, 518 S. San Julian Street, opened in 1989 and contains 31 units, 29 of which receive rental subsidies. It is a drug- and alcohol-free community. (213) 229-9662.

The Brownstone, 425 E. 5th Street, opened in 2003. It contains 48 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette for individuals with special needs. All apartments receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-2805.

Carlton, 534 S. Wall Street, opened in 1992 and contains 45 units. All units receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9694.

Courtland, 520 S. Wall Street, opened in 1995 and contains 97 units. Four units are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9697.

Ellis, 802 E. 6th Street, opened in 1989 and contains 56 units for at-risk elderly. 14 of these units are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9665.

Eugene, 560 S. Stanford Avenue, opened in 2002. It contains 44 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette. All are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-2845.

Florence, 310 E. 5th Street, opened in 1986 with 61 units and was SRO Housing's first project. 55 units are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9659.

Harold, 323 E. 5th Street, opened in 1987 and contains 58 units, 43 of which are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9660.

Haskell, 528 S. Wall Street, opened in 1992 and contains 38 units, all of which receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9690.

James M. Woods, 506 S. San Julian Street, opened in July 2009 and consists of 53 studio apartments with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, subterranean parking, 24- hour security, and air-conditioning. Thirty-one units are reserved for chronically homeless individuals with special needs.

La Jolla, 721 E. 6th Street, opened in 1993 and contains 51 units, 33 of which are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9674.

Leo, 531 S. San Julian Street, opened in 1988 and contains 38 units, 33 of which are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. It is a drug- and alcohol-free community. (213) 229-9663.

Leonide, 512-516 S. Main Street, opened in 1992 and contains 66 units. All rental units receive rental subsidies. (213) 633-5470.

Lyndon Apartments, 413 E. 7th Street, opened in 2008 with 53 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette, 48 of which are for special needs individuals and receive rental subsidies. (213) 489-7348

New Terminal, 901-911 E. 7th Street, opened in 2005. It contains 40 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette and 4 street-level commercial spaces. All of the residential units receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-2855.

Palmer House, 538 S. Wall Street, opened in 1998 and contains 67 units. All units receive rental subsidies. (213) 633-4873.

Prentice, 1014 E. 7th Street, opened in 1992 and contains 46 units. All units receive rental subsidies. (213) 633-5456.

Regal, 815 E. 6th Street, opened in 1992 and contains 69 units, 20 of which are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9689.

Rivers, 1242 E. 7th Street, opened in 2003. It contains 76 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette. 60 units receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-2850.

Southern, 412 E. 5th Street, opened in 2001 and contains 55 units with private bath. Residents are veterans, and this is a drug- and alcohol-free community. All units receive rental subsidies. (213) 620-7149.

Ward, 512 S. Wall Street, opened in 1992 and contains 72 units, 16 of which are for individuals with special needs and receive rental subsidies. (213) 229-9644.

Yankee Apartments, 501 E. 7th Street, opened in 2005 and contains 80 studio apartments with bathroom and kitchenette. 22 are market-rate rent, 56 receive rental subsidies, and 2 are manager's units. The building has subterranean parking. (213) 229-2856.

Transitional Housing

Golden West, 417 E. 5th Street, opened in 1988 and contains 61 transitional-housing units for individuals living with mental health and substance abuse disorders. (213) 229-9661.

Marshal House, 523 S. San Julian Street, opened in 1995 and contains 74 transitional-housing units for individuals who are recovering from substance abuse. (213) 229-9685.

Emergency Housing

Panama Hotel, 403 E. 5th Street, opened in 1989 and has 221 emergency-housing units. (213) 229-9657.

Russ Hotel, 517 S. San Julian Street, opened in 1989 and has 198 emergency-housing units. (213) 229-9655.
