Employment: Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting SRO Housing staff.



The Human Resources Generalist position is responsible for providing human resources services, including recruiting, new hire on-boarding, training and development, benefit administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and retention, and completing personnel transactions.



A Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of HR experience, or PHR certification and seven years of experience in the HR field; Labor law training for CA State and Federal labor codes; Experience in benefit and payroll administration and other human resource programs; conflict resolutions skills; public speaking; training; discretion; creativity and staff event planning; negotiation.


Computer Skills:

ADP Worksource; Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



Full-time Non-Exempt


Annual Salary:

$45,000 - $50,000 plus benefits
