Employment: Residential Services Coordinator
SRO Housing Corporation’s Residential Services Coordinators provide monitoring and short-term interventions as needed for residents who were formerly homeless and present with special needs; maintains a caseload; conducts assessments; develops and monitors Individual Action Plans; makes referrals.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Science and two years social services experience in a non-profit environment. Knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques; crisis-management techniques; data management; computer literacy. Ideal candidates will have experience working with the homeless populations who have co-occurring conditions such as mental illness, HIV/AIDS, substance addiction.
$16.35 plus benefits
