Employment: Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager works in conjunction with the Executive Management Team to manage and resolve all site management related issues.

 

Responsibilities:

The Senior Property Manager, will be responsible for property management operations of multiple properties within the SRO Housing portfolio. This person will coordinate major projects; provide management oversight, training, and coordination of the general duties of the property management function; budget oversight and coordination; lease administration oversight; manage move-in and move-out processes; reporting and coordination oversight; resolves critical impact customer relations issues; ensures consistency across the portfolio; point of contact for property management reporting and communications; conducts site inspections to ensure the physical aspects of the properties meet established standards.

 

Requirements:

Applicable BA Degree or 5-10 years of affordable housing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess knowledge of LIHTC.  Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience.  Familiarity with housing management, budgeting, Fair Housing regulations and have a commitment to community building. Further, this individual must have the demonstrated capacity to work as an active member of a team comprised of on-site and off-site human service providers.

 

Computer Skills:

YARDI software experience; Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

Status:

Full-time Non-Exempt

 

Annual Salary:

$49,920 plus benefits
