Permanent Housing Sites in Development. Lyndon

The Lyndon Hotel, located at 417 E. 7th St, originally built in 1910 and currently a site of sub-standard housing, will be restored by SRO into 53 permanent housing units. All units will have private kitchenettes and bathrooms. The site will be designed to include an elevator and handicap lift. Each 300- square-foot unit will have telephone and cable access. Construction is planned to commence in September 2006.
